Memo to the upstairs neighbor:
I'm going to assume this morning was a dire vacuuming emergency (which, yes, I do know those exist), and that's why you were vacuuming the bedroom at 8:10 am.
But, in the future, could you refrain from running the vacuum in the bedroom until 9 am on a weekend? That seems a fair time to me. And you can vacuum the living room and dining room all you like before then. the other neighbors may have issue with that, but they're the ones who bought condos where their master bedroom abuts someone else's living room.
