The condo is officially for sale.
Make your offer quickly, our agent is thinking we may have multiple offers to review Monday evening (please, please, please, please, please).
The dining room is actually larger than it looks. That's a BIG table we've got.
And special shout-out to Kaphine whose artwork is actually hanging in a spot worth photographing in the house. It's the painting of the teakettle resting on the back of the stove in the kitchen. It's based off a teakettle she actually owns (or at least USED to own), so when we were roommates we would frequently do a big display featuring the painting and the actual kettle.
But damn, am I going to miss that view.
Wow. I had no idea that property values were so high out there. We bought our 2-bed Boston place for $267,500. I think our units would be roughly comparable, except that my building is older, has fewer owner occupied units and is a block from public transportation.

Oh, good luck!! I hope the buyers-to-be find it quickly. :-)
