This is more for my reference than for yours, but in theory this is what my day will look like tomorrow:
10:15 Prepare stuffing
11:00 Stuff and truss bird, preheat oven (425)
11:30 Turkey into oven (425)
- While turkey cooking prepare sweet potatoes and set table
12:30-1:00 Family arrives
1:45 Turkey out of oven, Sweet Potatoes and egg-free stuffing in (350), make gravy, rest bird
2:15 Green Bean Casserole into oven (425), carve turkey
2:30 Delicious Turkey Dinner
On review, I wish I would have looked for a sweet potato recipe that could be done at 425, but we'll just wing it with the temps and such. And sometime between now and tomorrow I've got to figure out what container I'll cook the egg-free stuffing in, as the one I had envisioned using is now being used for the green bean casserole.
But it's all good, and it will all work out in the end. I just hope Hedgehog lets me sleep tonight or this is going to be a KILLER of a schedule, and instead of turkey dinner at 2:30 I'll just tell everyone "see if there's any good leftovers in the freezer, I'm going to take a nap"
